  3. Closely observe the crime

     

    • Type of materials
    • Containers - Labels
    • Vehicles (Make/Color/Model/License Plates)
    • What do the suspect(s) look like
    • What do they say (if you can hear them)
    • Count how many barrels/bags/boxes/tires there are
    • Liquid or solid
    • Do not disturb the site
